Knowing your worth also is knowing that no matter what others feel about you, you know what makes you happy or what makes you better. I cant even began to tell you how many people I've dismissed out of my life. It's not that I dont love them but I realized the negative energy they brought was draining me dry. I couldnt think straight and was taking my frustration out on others and that wasnt right. The amount of relief and drama free you feel once you are able to clear your mind from releasing toxicity from your life is amazing. I started getting my life together within myself and your right when you reach a certain point in your life you take a step back and look at yourself and wonder well damn...I been sleeping on myself. Always remember to love you first because your love nourishes everyone around you and believe it or not they need it just as much as you do. Knowing your worth is knowing YOU DESERVE PEACE. We live and we learn. Great podcast. Proud of you girly
